Execute site routine patrol inspection, discover and eliminate the potential safety hazard. To ensure the plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees. 
實施現(xiàn)場按時巡檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)和消除可能的安全危害。確保裝置各單元安全、高效運行，服從和滿足合同要求，不斷提高裝置在線運行率。

Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements. 
必須遵守工藝安全、變更管理及運行裝置危險性分析提出的有關(guān)安全要求。

Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the Gasification Unit.
對氣化裝置現(xiàn)場操作進行持續(xù)改進，并分享氣化裝置運行經(jīng)驗。

Train new operating staff for the  Shift Ops Team. 
對本班新的裝置現(xiàn)場運行人員進行崗位培訓(xùn)。

The Field Operator must check and patrol routinely the units stable running and follow the Deputy Lead Operator and Lead Operator’s order to deal with the field operation upset to meet the plant running reliability requirement. 
現(xiàn)場外操必須做好日常巡查，遵照副操和主操的指示和要求，對現(xiàn)場操作故障進行處理和檢查確認，使氣化單元穩(wěn)定可靠運行。

The Field Operator can handle the emergency matters in all Units led and coordinated by  Lead Operator according to the Emergency Program and follow the Deputy Lead Operator’s Order to recovery the Unit which tripped or Emergency shutdown. 
現(xiàn)場外操應(yīng)能在主操的帶領(lǐng)下，根據(jù)預(yù)想事故處理方案對裝置各單元作現(xiàn)場緊急處理，并在副操的指令下協(xié)助恢復(fù)已跳車或停車單元的運行。

Follow designed analytic requirements (analytic items and frequency) and/or Lead operator’s detailed requests to execute site sampling tasks according to standard safely Sampling Program. Execute safety check for sampling valves after sampling. Responsible for maintenance and safety check of Sampling Facilities & Tools. Strictly prohibit to use unsafe Sampling Facilities & Tools. 
嚴格按照分析頻次或主操的要求、取樣流程進行取樣操作，并進行取樣后現(xiàn)場閥門檢查確認工作。負責(zé)所用分析取樣器具的維護保養(yǎng)、使用前安全檢查工作，嚴禁使用不安全取樣器具.

Knew well of SDS of analytic materials in Gasification Facility Scope, such as Hydrogen, Nitrogen, CO, CO2 H2S, Methanol, Propylene, etc. 
掌握所轄工作范圍內(nèi)取樣介質(zhì)的SDS，如：氫氣、氮氣、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、硫化氫、粉煤、灰水等。

Record daily/monthly Production report. 
做好日常日報表、月報表的抄寫工作。

Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Also work closely with maintenance team to assist Maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.  
與用戶保持良好溝通和緊密合作，協(xié)助維護維修人員做好預(yù)防性保養(yǎng)工作。

Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP ,BSP, SWP,CI ,safety action training and so on) and write safety reports. 
參加有關(guān)安全會議，履行日常安全檢查工作（如：現(xiàn)場安全執(zhí)行評估系統(tǒng)SAM、現(xiàn)場安全持續(xù)改進計劃SIP、基本安全管理程序 BSP、安全工作許可證Safety work permit、持續(xù)改進管理系統(tǒng)CI、安全實踐培訓(xùn)等）
