崗位職責:
? Ensure planning & scheduling to meet company’s process requirement;
? Make sure safety, quality and cost optimization when planning manpower / material resource for work orders;
? Consider resource balance and constrains when scheduling execution date;
? Identify and monitor critical path or critical mass for execution management when developing integrated scheduling for plant outage or turnaround to related level;
? Improve maintenance efficiency by cooperating with maintenance team in terms of maintenance skill and technology;
1. EHSS Responsibilities
The engineer is responsible for the implementation of safety, EHSS policy, procedures and BASF Responsible Care Codes of the site to ensure compliance and safe maintenance activities. The particular responsibilities are to:
? Perform maintenance work requested by Production, EHSS and other departments. In any case, the first priority is to secure safe operation & environmental protection. However, cannot change or revise anything of process facility without plant manager’s approval for safe operation;
? Conduct General, Preventive, Emergency maintenance and planned turnaround under plant manager’s request & approval for safe & stable operation. It also is required to discuss or inform with/to EHS manager, especially in case of Emergency maintenance & planned turnaround;
? Record & keep maintenance history record of important mechanical facility & equipment;
? Observe the company EHS policy, procedures and working instructions;
? To take EHS requirements into consideration prior to any activity or work to make sure that the launching work is safe to prevent/minimize the safety risk, environment pollution and other potential hazards;
? Attend all EHS training as required;
? Familiarize themselves with MSDS of hazardous substances within workplace;
? Develop safe working skills and habits;
? Have the responsible for promptly reporting to direct line manager in case of incidents and near miss or exposure to hazardous substance;
? Inform line manager of any hazard, unsafe condition or practice;
? Always practice good housekeeping and keep workplace clean;
? Fulfill other specific requirements according to company’s procedures;
2. Planning
? Create WBS-( work breakdown structure ) for subdividing the maintenance task into smaller, more managemable components;
? Define specific activities that needed to be performed;
? Identify and document activity sequence;
? Estimate the type and quantity of resource required to perform each activities: discipline, manpower, material;
? Estimate execution duration and cost for each activities;
3. Scheduling
? Lead daily / weekly scheduling meeting with Production and Maintenance for resource balancing to ensure job schedules meet the timing requirements of production;
? Develop daily / weekly resource multi-craft schedule based upon negotiated production unit priorities and current business environment to optimize the use of site-wide available resources;
? Create updated daily multi-craft schedule;
? Work with the Maintenance Gatekeepers to handle schedule breakers based on process needs and the current business environment;
? Assist in the timely execution of emergency or critical priority jobs;
? Monitor, track and publish weekly schedule compliance and results;
? Provide reports on resource utilization;
? Provide input into resource changes that may be necessary based on historical trends and forecasts, including shutdowns, outages, and turnarounds;
4. Others
? Other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.
任職要求:
? Profound knowledge in instrument and electrical equipment/device. Chemical automation or electrical engineering, college degree or above with 5+years working experience; or 10+years working experience as maintenance supervisor;
? Good interpersonal skill and communication
? High sense of responsibility and team work spirit
? Good English communication skills in both spoken & written
