崗位描述:
The Desk Expediter for Itemized Materials perform the follow-up of the supply and monitor the status of all the Post Order activities (expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assigned Purchase Orders for Itemized materials (Static and rotating Equipment, Packages, Power transformers, LV/MV switchgears etc..), to ensure the achievement of the defined results in terms of schedule and quality.
催交協(xié)調(diào)專員(設備)負責跟進所分配采購訂單的設備方面(靜設備和動設備、包裝、電力變壓器、低壓/中壓開關(guān)柜等)的供貨和監(jiān)督訂單情況,以確保在進度和質(zhì)量方面達到規(guī)定的結(jié)果。
崗位職責:
1. Responsible for the monitoring of expediting activities (i.e. expediting, inspection and logistics) concerning the assigned Purchase Orders, in close coordination with the Expediting Coordinator and Project Post Order/Procurement Manager, ensuring the compliance with contractual requirements in terms of time and quality.
2. Responsible to obtain timely information (Engineering documents, suborders, reports, etc..) from Vendors with the quality requested in the Purchase Orders.
3. Responsible to obtain proper information from Vendors by Software Systems when requested.
4. Responsible for the full internal reporting regarding the assigned Purchase Orders.
5. Responsible for the interface with the Inspection & Expediting Department for the follow-up of the supplies and with the Logistic Department for the material shipment at Site.
任職資格:
1. Technical education
2. Work experience: at least 5 years in the same/similar activities.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Powerpoint, etc..)
5. Availability to travel in China
