崗位職責(zé)
1- To promote Stahl products
a) Ensure that final customers and distributors perfectly understand the usage of the Shoe Finishing and Edge Paint products.
b) Ensure that the SF and EP products are being properly used and stored.
c) Ensure that Final customers and distributors have access to the necessary data related to SF products and procedures, such as SRL/TDS/SMDS and Shoe Finishing procedures.
d) To provide technical training for customers, agents and distributors.
e) To promote new products and technologies to final customers, agents and distributors.
f) To ensure that final customers are using the correct products and following the procedures agreed with Trading Companies
g) To ensure that distributors are delivering the correct product to final customers, according to the specification of trading companies
h) Look into opportunities to promote EP & SF technologies to trading companies and or final customers
2- Development and Bulk Production
a) To ensure that new developments done at the trading companies are doable at the factories..
b) To ensure that factories when developing samples are following pre-defined procedures
c) To analyze leathers and shoes against pre-defined standards, judge if they can be finished according the requirements and give opinion and suggestions if there are discrepancies
d) To analyze shoe finishing processes and identify if final customers are following it.
e) Identify discrepancies and or variations on leathers when comparing against approved standard and formulate recommendations to trading companies.
3- Reports
a) To prepare and issue visit and market opportunities reports on weekly basis to the business manager.
4- Sales
a) Ensure that distributors do have stock and promote the right products
b) Ensure that distributors are delivering original products to final customers
