? Select/screen suppliers選擇/篩選供應商
? Supplier management供應商管理
? Countertypeing project/respite project/cost saving project Optimize supply lead time, to ease the stock pressure to improve company cash liquidity項目/臨時項目/成本節(jié)約項目優(yōu)化供應周期，緩解庫存壓力，提高公司現(xiàn)金流動性
? Sea/air freight /Customs brokers /road transport forwarders management海運/空運/報關行/公路運輸代理管理
? Liaise with vendor scheduler, to ensure all purchasing goes to the qualified vendors; support vendor scheduler to settle the existing supplier complaints與供應商調(diào)度員聯(lián)絡，確保所有采購都流向合格的供應商；支持供應商調(diào)度員解決現(xiàn)有的供應商投訴
? Suppliers /forwarders Contract management供應商/貨運代理合同管理
? Settle PFR complaints in SCM在供應鏈管理中解決PFR投訴
? Coupa buyer relevant work. Coupa系統(tǒng)中采購相關工作。
? Scan the invoices after sorting them out. Payment request to Finance department. 整理發(fā)票后進行掃描。向財務部提出付款請求。
? Vendor codes related work in SAP and Coupa, such as creation and update etc. SAP和Coupa中與供應商代碼相關的工作，如創(chuàng)建和更新等。
? ISO 9001/14001/45001 relevant work. Make sure ISO compliance in due course. ISO 9001/14001/45001相關工作。確保在適當?shù)臅r候符合ISO標準。
? MSDS update upon the lists provided by logistic department. 根據(jù)物流部門提供的清單更新MSDS。
? Review the code of conduct and sign the code of conduct with new suppliers. 審查行為準則，并與新供應商簽署行為準則。
